Information you provide. Depending on the form or communication, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city, state, mailing address, ZIP code, and information included in your messages or application. Our applicant records can also include shirt size, manager or supervisor details, and a fiber-company assignment. Some of these fields may be completed by our team rather than requested from you.
Application administration. We create records such as applicant identifiers, review status, communications, and onboarding or team assignments. We may also receive information from people you authorize to speak on your behalf, such as references you provide.
Technical information. Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and diagnostic or security information when delivering and protecting the Website and application tools. The exact information depends on the services and settings in use.
Information we do not request through public forms. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, tax forms, passwords, or identity-document images through public recruiting or contact forms. If we engage you and need tax or payment information, we will provide separate onboarding instructions and applicable notices.
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate and manage applications; communicate about applications and opportunities; coordinate approved onboarding and team assignments; arrange requested company apparel; operate and protect our Website and business systems; maintain appropriate business records; and comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
If an applicant is accepted, relevant application information may become part of our representative or personnel records, subject to applicable notices and retention requirements.
Submitting an application is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing, automated advertising calls or texts, background checks, or undisclosed uses of personal information. Where separate notice or permission is required, we will provide or request it separately.
We disclose information as reasonably necessary to:
We share only the information reasonably needed for each purpose. Our service providers process information to provide their services to us and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.
We host the Website on Vercel, which provides Vercel Web Analytics. As described in Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation (https://vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy), Web Analytics measures aggregate visitor traffic and usage without using cookies and without collecting information that identifies you individually. This aggregate analytics is separate from the standard server and security logs our hosting provider generates to deliver and protect the Website, which may include information such as IP addresses and request details.
The Website itself does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising or tracking pixels. When you click an application link, you are taken to an external platform operated by Copera, which is a separate service that may use its own cookies and similar technologies under its own privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising. Because we do not engage in these activities, there is no related sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity for you to opt out of.
You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Website work.
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy and to satisfy applicable recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and protect legal rights. Retention depends on the type of record, whether an application leads to an engagement, legal requirements, and any litigation or preservation obligations.
In general, we keep inquiry and application records for as long as needed for the recruiting purpose and any resulting relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution needs. When records are no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete or de-identify them. We do not represent that deletion happens automatically on a fixed schedule, and some information may persist in routine backups for a limited period before it is overwritten.
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information and restrict access to people who need it for their responsibilities. No online service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may contact info@linqdirect.com to ask about our practices, request correction of information, or withdraw an application. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to access, obtain a copy of, or delete information; opt out of certain uses; or appeal a decision on a privacy request.
We will assess and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority, and legal exceptions may limit a request. Please do not email sensitive identity documents unless we provide a secure method and explain why they are needed. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Our Website and recruiting activities are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Linq Direct is a United States–based business, and our Website and recruiting activities are directed to individuals in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or in other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that your information is handled as described in this policy.
We will post updates here and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by law. We will not rely on an update alone to authorize a new use of previously collected information when additional permission is legally required.
